Terms for the Plantee Mobile App

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Plantee mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Plantee allows users to post photos of plant-based meals, submit those meals for review, and receive rewards in USDC when eligible submissions satisfy Plantee’s rules, review standards, and fraud controls.

Rewards are not guaranteed. Eligibility, review outcomes, payout timing, minimum withdrawal thresholds, supported networks, and reward rates may change at any time. The app does not offer points redemption. Eligible rewards, if any, are paid in USDC subject to the platform rules then in effect.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the app only for lawful purposes. Unless Plantee expressly approves otherwise in writing, each individual may maintain only one account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, shared, or otherwise made available to another person without Plantee’s prior written consent.

Each account must be used solely by the individual in whose name it is registered. You may not create, access, use, or control an account on behalf of another person, allow another person to operate your account, or use another person’s identity, credentials, wallet details, or profile information to obtain access to the service or rewards unless Plantee has expressly authorized that arrangement in writing.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or attempt to obtain rewards dishonestly. Submissions must be truthful, original, and compliant with Plantee’s rules.

Plantee may use automated tools, manual review, moderation controls, and fraud-detection systems to determine whether a meal submission qualifies for rewards. Plantee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, review, disqualify, limit the visibility of, or decline to reward any meal submission for any reason or for no stated reason, including where a submission appears invalid, suspicious, abusive, low quality, non-compliant, or inconsistent with these terms or any platform policy.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, original to you or properly authorized for your use, and does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third-party rights. Plantee may remove content, withhold or reverse rewards, or restrict account access where we believe those standards have not been met.

When withdrawals are available, you may withdraw eligible USDC only after meeting the minimum threshold and providing a valid supported wallet or exchange address. You are solely responsible for entering the correct address and selecting the correct network. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and Plantee is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet details, unsupported destinations, or user error.

Plantee may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, or engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior.

Accounts may be terminated without notice if we detect or reasonably suspect impersonation, multiple-account farming, falsified submissions, device or location spoofing, or any other attempt to improperly obtain rewards. In those cases, pending rewards may be cancelled or forfeited, and completed rewards may be withheld, reversed, or investigated to the extent permitted by law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Plantee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, review, analyze, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, marketing, developing, and enforcing the service and Plantee’s business, in any media now known or later developed.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and to grant this license.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plantee disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plantee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, digital assets, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
