Checking Reward Earnings

You can check your earnings from the rewards area of the app. This is where Plantee surfaces your current balance, withdrawal-related status, and recent reward activity.

If a meal is still under review, a reward may not be reflected in your available balance yet. That is expected until the review process is complete.

When your balance may change

• After a meal is accepted.
• After eligible referral-related rewards are finalized.
• After a withdrawal reduces your available balance.
